where is the line between lazy and depressed?
how can I tell a lazy day apart from
a depressive episode?
how many hours spent motionless in bed
are required to say “i am not okay”
rather than “i am being lazy”?
“i don’t want to get out”
“i don’t feel like doing anything”
apply to both
so how can i know
when to kick myself in the ass
and when to be gentle with myself?
the lines are all blurred out
and i end up in guilt
no matter what
